Run by Cambridge City Council offering daily hire of manual and electric wheelchairs, scooter, and rollators Monday to Saturday between 10am – 5pm. This is a free of charge service. Grand Arcade offers a free Wi-Fi & phone charging service to all visitors. Simply join at BT WiFi – Grand Arcade, then follow the easy steps to log on.

The Charge Tower is usually located just outside Starbucks on the First Floor. For safety reasons, it has temporarily been removed.

Does Grand Arcade have any baby changing facilities? Where are the toilets in Grand Arcade?

Grand Arcade customer toilet complex is located on the Second Floor close to John Lewis & Partners and is accessible by the South car park lifts from all levels and escalators from the lower floors.  Facilities include two accessible toilets with one operated by a radar key, parent & child toilet, baby changing room, baby feeding room, and male and female toilets. Toilets are checked regularly by the customer service team. John Lewis & Partners provides a Parents Room with baby change and feeding facilities on the third floor. Cambridge City Council provide a Changing Places Toilet on the Level -1 of the South (Lower) car park.  This is located next to the Car Park Customer Service office and Shopmobility with disabled parking. Starbucks supports NCT’s parent friendly places charter, as a place where you can feed your baby or toddler in comfort knowing staff will support you without judgment. There is also help from staff if you need any assistance.

The Grand Arcade multi-storey car parks North (Upper) & South (Lower) sides are managed by Cambridge City Council and have Park Mark status. The car parks are accessed on Corn Exchange Street CB2 3QF and are open 24 hours a day all year.  There are 953 spaces including Parent & Child and Disabled.
