The car park postcode is CB2 3QF. Cambridge is serviced north to south by the M11, and east to west by the A14. As you come into the city, follow the signs to Grand Arcade. There is a multi-storey car park adjoining Grand Arcade.

By the Park and Ride
The city centre can be very congested and one of the easiest ways to reach Grand Arcade is by the Park and Ride. There are five Park and Ride locations around Cambridge with regular buses into the city. The locations are; Babraham Road, Madingley Road, Milton, Newmarket Road and Trumpington.
The cost to use the Park & Ride is £3.00 (valid for 1 day) and it is free to park. Up to 3 children travel for free. Or with a valid concessionary pass you can ride to and from town free after 9.30am weekdays, and anytime at weekends.

There are regular trains to Cambridge from London's King's Cross, London's Liverpool Street, Norwich, Kings Lynn and Peterborough. Grand Arcade is a 15 minute walk from the station or there is a regular bus service to the city centre from the train station. For train times to Cambridge click here. There is an extensive network of buses that serve the city centre and stop at the interchanges of Emmanuel Street and Drummer Street, just outside Grand Arcade.

The 500-space free bicycle park is next to Rutland Cycling on Corn Exchange Street, open 7:30am to 11:30pm every day except Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday. Secure paid-for bike parking is available from Rutland Cycling. The store also offers bike hire, a repairs workshop and cycle shop for bikes, clothing and accessories. Grand Arcade is located at the heart of Cambridge city centre. We are bordered by Downing Street, St Andrew's Street, Corn Exchange Street and Lion Yard. Google maps can be relied upon to plot good pedestrian routes to the centre from a variety of locations within the city.
Click & Collect
Consider using a Click & Collect service to ensure all your items are in-store when you come to visit.
Click & Collect allows items to be bought online and collected from a retailer's local branch within Grand Arcade. This is a great way to ensure online purchases make it safely to you in time for when they are need, and you avoid delivery charges or disappointment on your shopping trip.

The Grand Arcade multi-storey car parks North (Upper) & South (Lower) sides are managed by Cambridge City Council and have Park Mark status. The car parks are accessed on Corn Exchange Street CB2 3QF and are open 24 hours a day all year. There are 953 spaces including Parent & Child and Disabled. Height limit is 1.98 metres (6’ 6”). The car parks are short stay ‘pay-on-foot on exit’. The ticket machines, located on ground, first and second floors, accept cash and card payments. Change is given. The first 3 hours are free for Blue Badge holders. Motor cycles are not allowed in this car park. Discounted parking at £1.20 per hour is available from 7pm Monday to Saturday, and from 5pm on Sunday.
Free Wi-Fi & Phone Charging
Grand Arcade offers a free Wi-Fi & phone charging service to all visitors. Simply join at BT WiFi - Grand Arcade, then follow the easy steps to log on. The Charge Tower is located just outside Starbucks on the First Floor. Simply lock your phone away and it will charge for free.

Run by Cambridge City Council offering daily hire of manual and electric wheelchairs, scooter and rollators Monday to Saturday between 10am – 5pm. This is a free of charge service. Tax Free Shopping
If you live outside of the EU, you may be entitled to get tax refund on goods you purchase at participating stores in Grand Arcade. All non-EU citizens can claim back on purchases when exporting goods. Simply ask for a tax refund receipt. Toilets and Parent & Child Facilities
Does Grand Arcade have any baby changing facilities?
Grand Arcade customer toilet complex is located on the Second Floor close to John Lewis & Partners and is accessible by the South car park lifts from all levels and escalators from the lower floors. Facilities include two accessible toilets with one operated by a radar key, parent & child toilet, baby changing room, baby feeding room, and male and female toilets. Toilets are checked regularly by the customer service team. John Lewis & Partners provides a Parents Room with baby change and feeding facilities on the third floor. Cambridge City Council provide a Changing Places Toilet on the Level -1 of the South (Lower) car park. This is located next to the Car Park Customer Service office and Shopmobility with disabled parking. Starbucks supports NCT's parent friendly places charter, as a place where you can feed your baby or toddler in comfort knowing staff will support you without judgment. There is also help from staff if you need any assistance.
Grand Arcade does not have a gift card scheme but you can purchase gift cards from our individual stores and John Lewis & Partners who have many concessions in-store.
