To create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. This employee is responsible for acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for 23.5 Degrees Ltd t/a Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values; embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Builds relationships and delivers legendary customer service, maintains a clean and organised workspace so that employees can locate resources and products as needed, performs cleaning tasks, acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of 23.5 Degrees Ltd t/a Starbucks, anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues, communicates information to the Manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the ‘Third Place’ environment during each shift.
BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS
Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. Presents oneself professionally to ensure adherence to health and safety rules and quality store operations standards.
