Following government guidance, many of our stores are reopening and some of our cafes and restaurants are offering delivery or collection services. The safety of our operators, centre teams and visitors is always our primary focus so you will notice extra measures in place when you next visit and our policies will continue to evolve based on the most up to date advice.
You can enter Grand Arcade by St Andrew's Street, Fisher Square or going through Lion Yard.
Dear valued friends, following the latest Government Face Covering Guidance we ask that you help us make the Grand Arcade a safe place and wear a face covering when in the centre.
You will find hand sanitising facilities at each entrance. Please be assured that our cleaning regime has been enhanced throughout the centre, including the toilets (on the second floor) which will constantly be manned.
As with all retail destinations, we are limited to a reduced maximum number of visitors and our entrances will be controlled by our Security team. If we reach maximum capacity, you will be asked to wait outside until for a short amount of time. Once in the centre, please help us adhere to the social distancing measures introduced by our government.
We have introduced floor markers to help make your visit as comfortable as it can be given current government guidance which is there for everybody's safety. Please follow our one-way system and keep a safe distance with others during your visit.
We have worked closely with our retail partners to ensure as smooth an entry to their stores as possible. You will find queuing floor markers spaced by two metres in front of each store. Bigger and more popular brands have additional arrangements and we advise that you check with your favourite brand’s own website for more details.
Our centre doors will be open: MONDAY-SATURDAY 7:30am - 6:30pm, SUNDAY 9am - 5pm. Please check each individual store opening hours on our 'STORES' page.
Enjoy £1 per hour parking in the Grand Arcade car park until the 31st of October 2020! Enjoy this deal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking charges are reduced by Cambridge Council as an initiative to provide ease when returning to the new norm.
We recommend for families with a pushchair to use the City Council toilets on the Ground floor, by Fisher Square entrance (facing Carluccio’s) which have babies facilities.
Our centre toilets are now open and in operation with enhanced cleaning. You can access Grand Arcade toilets via the escalator next to Costa Coffee or via our lifts.
