The Grand Arcade shopmobility office is based on the ground
floor of the Grand Arcade car park, first right at the
entrance.
The Grand Arcade car park's shopmobility centre offers a
free service including:
- Manual Wheelchairs
- Electric Wheelchairs
- Scooters
- Rollators (walking aids with seats)
- Escorts for Visually Impaired & wheelchair users
Pre-booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment. You

There is also ample parking for Blue Badge holders in the brand
new multi-storey car park adjourning Grand Arcade.
